Wine Library TV Chicago
Gary Vaynerchuk came to Chicago by way of his book signing tour and was given much love. There were new and old fans who knew the right questions to ask and how to get Gary Vee pumped. I went as a new fan and to ask a few questions that would help me with my venture. And even though not planned I couldn’t resist recording a portion of it with my digital camera. He had his cameraman there and a video was taken for the Wine Library TV show itself so a better copy is coming. In the meantime here’s a preview.
Note: Sorry for the blurriness. Someone kept jumping in the shot and I had to move often which caused constant autofocus. But you still get the thunder.

Air One Blogger’s Reception in Chicago
Fly Italian from the U.S. with Air One
The Italian Air One airlines now flies 6 weekly flights direct from Chicago to Milan initiating June 26 and from Boston to Milan June 27.
In this time of heavy delays, cancellations, aircrafts in disrepair, and airlines laying off employees and cutting flights, Air One stands out. What more could one want than an airline that serves Italian cooking by Phil Stefani, and the children are fed before their mothers.
The young privately owed airline flies 35 aircraft, priding itself on a reduced environmental foot-print and high standards of maintenance. Customers can enjoy domestic flights within Italy and continental European international flights such as Rome, Naples, Athens, and now lifting off from the U.S.
Visit Air One to book your next leisure or businesses flight.

Fixx Reading Series/Pilcrow Lit Fest
Hey all, I have been working on another project called The UnScene Chicago and this past week/weekend we went on our first project, the Fixx Reading Series and the Pilcrow Lit Fest. It was the Pilcrow Lit Fest’s first year and Sawyer and I had the chance to document it. So I will be using A Moment with TheFemGeek to do some promoting and working on getting the viewership up. Please do stop by and let me know what you think. The project consist of The UnScene Chicago Blog and The UnScene Chicago TV. On the blog I also have a Fixx Reading Series corner, video, dedicated to the authors in Chicago that partake in the reading series at the Fixx Coffee Bar. Everything is new and it’s still growing and should get better and better as we put our hearts into it. It’s something Sawyer and I believe in and something we want to use to help put Chicago on the map as an entertainment mecca. Enjoy our first video for the Fixx Reading Series which also happened to have been the first day of the Pilcrow Lit fest.

Breakfast with Jeff Pulver – Chicago 2008
Here’s a video of the Breakfast with Jeff Pulver that was held at Duffy’s Tavern in Chicago in February 2008. I got a chance to meet up again with Jeff, and it was a pleasure as usual, as well as Leah Jones and Mark Smithivas (1god). I also got a chance to meet up with new fellow Twitters Kara Carrell (karitas) and Liz Strauss. This was just the beginning because as you see many came and not only that but a few were willing to tell me about themselves (Amy Ravit and Mike Maddaloni). It was good times.
